What are  Discussion Meetings?

Discussion meetings are student-led meetings that focus on a particular theme in the field of psychology, whether it be current psychological research, or a student topic of interest.  The student who is leading the meeting prepares either an oral or visual Presentation about the topic and leads discussion amongst audience members. Discussion meetings are a way for PsychAlliance members to support their peers who are leading the discussion meetings, and to gain knowledge about areas in psychology that can be applicable to their psychology classes or career goals. Refreshments and prizes  are provided for all attendees.
